Mindfulness has never been so important with lockdown having an impact on stress, anxiety and depression. Returning students to the University from lockdown brings with it some extra challenges. Mindfulness serves as a way to charge our minds and restore peace using lengthy Buddhist techniques and shortening them for todays busy and rushed lifestyle.
